PhD. Genetics (Minor Statistics), Thesis: Impact of Metabolic Perturbations on Ovarian Function. Advisor: Dr. Aileen F. Keating; Department of Animal Science, Iowa State University, Ames, IA - USA.

American Diabetes Association Postdoctoral Fellowship 2016-2018 

 

Research Interests: 

Molecular regulatory targets controlling maternal endocrine and metabolic

adaptations to pregnancy and how their perturbations affect the maternal-placental-fetal

physiology, as well as the long term metabolic health of the mother and her offspring. I am

utilizing the rodent models and in vitro trophoblast cell cultures in studying these molecular

aspects.
