Research interests:
I am interested in understanding the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying establishment and maintenance of pregnancy. My research project is focused on investigating interactions between immune cells and trophoblast cells, especially invasive trophoblast cells, in the establishment of the maternal-fetal interface and restructuring of uterine spiral arteries using genetically modified rat models.
