Interests: 

My capstone assessed the association between childhood asthma and historical housing discrimination in the Kansas City area, but generally my research interests focuses on health equity, place and health, and data-driven urban governance. My approach is both qualitative and quantitative with a preference for Community Based Participatory Research that centers the knowledge and guidance of impacted populations.  I want to contribute to work that elevates the role of health in movements for social, economic and environmental justice.
